Introduction and Acceptance
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the ghzy platform and its users ("you" or "user"). By visiting the ghzy.cam website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted the full content of these Terms.
ghzy reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. If you continue to access the platform after any changes, you will be considered to have accepted the updated Terms. If you object to any term, please stop using the platform and contact our support team.
Important: These terms and conditions are written in English and apply to users residing in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, this English version shall be considered final.
Account Registration
A valid personal account is required to access all services on the ghzy platform. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. The rules regarding account registration are listed below:
- Each person may create one account only — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- The name, date of birth, and identification details provided at registration must be accurate.
- It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential.
- You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account — including any claim of unauthorized use.
- If you suspect a security breach on your account, notify us immediately at [email protected].
- Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
If false or incorrect information is provided, ghzy reserves the right to suspend or cancel the account at any time, and any funds held in the account may be forfeited.
Age Verification and Eligibility
The following eligibility requirements must be met to participate on the ghzy platform:
- You must be 21 years of age or older.
- You must be mentally and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
- It is your responsibility to verify whether participation in online betting activities is legally permitted in your area.
- ghzy may request valid identification (national ID card, passport, or birth certificate) at any time for age verification purposes.
Warning: If a person under the age of 21 registers using false information, all winnings from that account will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
ghzy supports deposits and withdrawals through the mobile banking services and bank transfers commonly used in Bangladesh. The following terms apply:
4.1 Deposit
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
- Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
- Deposited funds must come from a payment account registered in your own name.
- Depositing or receiving funds on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
- No credit facility or loan is provided on deposit amounts.
4.2 Withdrawal
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
- Withdrawal funds will only be sent to the account that was used to make the deposit.
- Large withdrawal requests may be delayed until identity verification (KYC) is complete.
- Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspicious or unusual activity.
- The wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
Please Note: Processing time depends on the payment method and banking hours. Requests sent on holidays or after 12:00 AM may be processed on the next business day.
Bonuses & Promotions
ghzy offers attractive bonuses and promotional offers for its users. By accepting these bonuses, the associated terms and conditions automatically apply.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
- 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
- A 15x wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing the bonus.
- The welcome bonus is available to new users only and can be claimed once per account.
- The bonus must be activated within 72 hours of the deposit.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been completed.
- The time limit for meeting the wagering requirement will be stated in the details of each bonus.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated.
- ghzy reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse of the bonus program is suspected.
- Separate wagering requirements may also apply to free spins or other promotional rewards.
- If multiple accounts from the same household or device collect bonuses, all accounts may be cancelled.
Betting Rules
The ghzy platform offers betting opportunities across various categories including cricket, football, casino games, and slots. The following rules apply when placing bets:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
- ghzy reserves the right to cancel bets placed on odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error.
- The maximum and minimum bet limits may vary by game or event.
- If an event is cancelled or postponed, the amount staked on the related bet will be refunded.
- In the live betting section, odds must be confirmed before placing a bet — odds may change due to processing delays.
- Bets related to match fixing or any form of manipulation are void and will be cancelled immediately.
ghzy reserves the right to limit or suspend betting on any market at any time and is under no obligation to give prior notice.
Responsible Gambling
ghzy places the highest priority on responsible gambling. We believe gambling is a form of entertainment — it should not become a source of income or an addiction.
- We offer a Self-Exclusion feature — your account can be temporarily suspended for a set period of time.
- Deposit limits can be set (daily, weekly, or monthly).

Limitation of Liability
ghzy will not be held liable for any loss arising from the following circumstances:

- Failure or delay by third-party payment services.
- Service disruption due to unforeseen natural disasters or government regulatory actions.
In any circumstance, ghzy's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of funds deposited in your account.
Account Closure & Suspension
ghzy may temporarily or permanently close any account without warning for the following reasons:
- Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
- Providing false or incomplete identity information.
- Detection of suspicious or fraudulent activity on the account.
- Instructions from a court or law enforcement agency.
- Extended inactivity (no login or transaction for more than 12 months).
Every effort will be made to return legitimately deposited funds before account closure. However, funds may be forfeited if the account is found to be involved in prohibited activities.
